I do not even know where to start. From John G to Michele S to Shannon N. we had the best customer service we have ever had anywhere. We started out looking at another company and their homes and we were treated like we weren't good enough to even be in the place. Even though we had everything we needed to purchase. They then put demands on us and our ranch to even bring the home out. Our ranch was not part of the financing at all so it was strange they tried to tell us what we had to do with it. It was ridiculous.From the time we stepped into Champion Home Expo in Weiser Idaho we were treated with respect and kindness. The process went so fast the home was ready to be delivered before our infer- structure was finished. We were in before Christmas due to these people and their contractors really stepping up to make that happen for us. It wasn't easy either bad weather, and road conditions were just a few obstacles facing this team.The home is beautiful and warm and I am so pleased and will admit proud! Eight days after moving in we hosted a party with over 20 people and everyone was in love with this home.You guys are outstanding and I will be more than happy to be available to future customers who are thinking of a manufactured home. The price was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond.Thanks to all of you for making this happen for us!

I was extremely happy with the customer service at factory expo homes in Idaho. Richard couldn’t of been nicer and bent over backwards to help me he even stayed late and they rented me a room. Hemade some great suggestions, helped us find a couple of small upgrades to make our little home comfortable, while staying in our budget. As a building contractor myself, I was surprised and I must say impressed when I read the spec. sheet with the details of what the Champion Homes are built with. I was just as pleased when I took delivery of the house. And I was more than satisfied with all the help along the way from Heavenly who a year later still responds the same or next day to my requests for data sheets or other info. It was really a pleasure to work with her as she is always prompt and knowledgeable about everything along the way. So thanks a bunch Heavenly and Factory Expo!

Just returned from a trip to Weiser, ID to visit Factory Expo to purchase a new Park Model. It was a great trip. On my arrival I met with Tim Nicholls and we looked at several Park Models on their lot. Then we took a tour of the factory where the Park Model will be built. Then Tim and I went over the long list of options and upgrades that should make my new trailer a great place. Tim was very helpful and pointed out several ways to get the most "bang for my buck" in the purchase negotiations. If you are going to purchase a Park Model in the service area served by Factory Expo Park Models, I suggest you visit their office in Weiser and talk to Tim.

We have been reviewing homes at numerous agencies but I keep coming back here. As we narrow down our choices, one of the things I look at is excellent customer service. In the last few months I've had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Richard Winslow. He is so kind and patient. He has answered every question I've asked and actually seems eager to sell us a home.Richard doesn't pressure me but does follow up to see if there's anything else I need. Since we're still in the loan approval process, I can only hope that we are approved quickly.We are using a local bank who is recommended by friends.I hope we can do business with this branch because customer service is very important to me and Richard has gone above and beyond.Most places I've emailed either don't respond, or they only respond after me saying it's my 3rd attempt. That doesn't impress me but these guys do!

First home buying experience like this... Heavenly was awesome!! She walked us through the whole process over the phone before we made the trek to ID. When we arrived there we had a hotel set up by her and a convent next day meeting. She went through every detail of our new home, let us make all the changes we wanted to the design (even several we thought of on the drive home).Overall 5 stars
